We ship our goods twice a week (Monday and Friday).

Shipping costs within Germany are €4.95 flat rate.
Shipments are sent either via Deutsche Post or Hermes, insured and tracked. Delivery takes approximately 2-3 days from dispatch. The shipping date will be communicated via email.
For orders over €50, shipping costs within Germany are waived.

 

We also ship to other countries within the EU, as well as to Switzerland.

Delivery times may be extended by a few days or even weeks.
The flat rate shipping fee is €12 (free shipping for orders over €80) for shipping to:
• Austria

• Switzerland

• Denmark

• Belgium

• Luxembourg

• Netherlands

• Poland

 

For deliveries to all other EU countries, we charge EUR 18.00 (free shipping for orders over EUR 100)

We reserve the right, in exceptional cases, to delay production of the ordered goods until after the order has been placed, which may require up to three additional days. Therefore, an order placed before a shipping date may not be shipped until the following shipping date.
