How long does shpping take?
The goods are shipped twice a week (Monday and Friday). Delivery within Germany takes 2-3 days from dispatch. Shipping to other European countries usually takes 1-4 weeks. Each shipment can be tracked using a tracking number, which will be sent - to the email address you provided - as soon as the shipment is dispatched.
How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €4.95 (insured shipping). Shipping costs are waived for orders over €50.

My package hasn't arrived, what next?
First, you should use the tracking service to see where your delivery is.
Also, double-check that the delivery address was entered correctly! (There may be errors caused by autocorrect or changes due to a move.)

Where are CrocoDi products manufactured?
The products on this website are manufactured in-house, from design to the final product, in Germany/Rheinland-Pfalz, with great care for high quality.
What does B-stock mean?
During the manufacturing process, some products were produced, especially in the early days, that had minor defects. These could include: the number of sheets slightly less than the stated quantity, minor cuts, small dents/creases, the paper curling slightly due to the printer ink, or other minor damage to the backing board.
It would be a shame to simply throw these products away, which is why they appear in the sale as designated B-stock.
How long has CrocoDi been around?
CrocoDi Design has been registered as a small business since 2025. The idea was born in the fall of 2024.
Can you draw something for me or customize a product according to my wishes?
No, unfortunately, that's not possible at the moment, as building up my small business is very labor-intensive. Unfortunately, individual requests or commissioned work do not (yet) have a place in my company.

How can I cancel an order?
Before you receive shipping information, you can cancel an order via crocodi@gmx.de or using the contact form.
Cancellations are no longer possible once the order has been shipped. In this case, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies. See Terms and Conditions, Right of Withdrawal.
The product is damaged or defective and I would like a refund/exchange – what now?
We are very sorry if you are not satisfied with one of our products. All goods are manufactured with the utmost care, and we will certainly find an agreement.
Please contact us immediately (no later than 5 days after receiving the goods) to clarify the nature of the damage. If possible, please include photos as proof and your mailing address.
If damage was caused by us, we will be happy to replace the item or arrange a refund.
The delivery company is liable for transport damage, and we can reach an other agreement.
Returns due to color deviations from the screen are not accepted.
I simply don't like the product and would like a refund/exchange:
Please note that we only accept returns if the item is in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.
Your right of withdrawal expires 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Refunds will only be issued after the items have been returned to CrocoDi Design and their condition has been inspected.
Returns are at your own expense and are not covered by CrocoDi Design. The return must be initiated with a tracking number, which must be communicated to CrocoDi Design to confirm shipment.
We reserve the right to exclude customers who initiate multiple returns within a short period of time from further purchases. As a small company, complaints represent a significant time and cost burden for us, which we cannot afford to deal with on a permanent basis. See also Right of Withdrawal in our conditions.
